KING HECTOR AKPORHOR- OPERATIONS MANAGER

He joined Summit Vision Microfinance Services in 2011 after an extensive banking experience at Barclays Bank Ghana Ltd. He is a chartered banker (ACIB) by profession and currently pursuing an executive MBA in strategic and project management with the Paris Graduate School of Management, Paris. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from KNUST, Kumasi. He is a lecturer with the Chartered Institute of Bankers Kumasi branch, where he teaches Finance of International Trade and Monetary and Financial Systems. He also lectures at the ATTC banking classes in Accra, where he teaches Monetary and Financial Systems. Over his 10 year banking career, he has built expertise in banking operations, forex and trade finance, operational risk management and control, project management, customer business management and sales.

PASTOR PATRICE ADJEI- HEAD OF MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Pastor Patrice Adjei, the Head of Marketing and Business Development, is a product of the University of Ghana, Accra, Legon and holds an MBA in Strategic Project Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management, France. He is a Chartered Banker with 10 years’ experience in Banking Operations, Credit and Marketing in related fields such as Corporate and SME banking in Telecom, Oil and Gas Manufacturing and Commerce. He also has four years rich consultancy experience having risen to the level of General Manager’s level and minister of God with the Assemblies of God, Ghana.

FRANK OSEI BOADU-GENERAL MANAGER

FRANK OSEI BOADU DIRECTORHe holds Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Ghana.

Before joining hands with the shareholders of Summit Vision Microfinance Services to roll out the company, he was the West African representative for Bob’s Toshiba Place, USA (responsible for the redistribution of refurbished Toshiba laptops in the West Africa Sub-region).

He has done short courses in business startup and Management in the USA with the Rhode Island SCORE and also Entrepreneurship development at GIMPA, Ghana.

From the onset of the company as the floor manager of the company he has been responsible for coordinating and maintaining healthy interactions among the various departments, as well as between the board of directors and the staff.

He connects both the existing and new clients of the company to secure and close great deals for Summit Vision Microfinance Services. 

COLLINS ADU-NTIM- MD/CEO

Rev. Collins Adu NtimHe is a professional banker with extensive experience in SME and Business Banking, International Finance, Project Finance Management and Credit Management. Collins worked with Barclays Bank of Ghana and Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited where rose to the positions of Head of SMEs and Business Manager. His role involved raising credit and managing the portfolio of SMEs and Corporate institutions. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Banking (Intermediate), holds B.Sc. (Hons.) Mining Engineering and MBA (Finance).
